Board Committees Interest
Are you interested in joining the Folklorama Committees for the 2026 - 2027 term?
If you have a passion for embracing and celebrating cultures from around the world, and the time, skills, and commitment to sit on a year-round Committee, we encourage you to put your name forward for consideration!

Committee applications are due by Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 12:00 pm (noon).

Applicants must be 18+ years of age in order to apply.
Folklorama's Committee members will be selected by Board Chairs by late April 2026.  All Committee terms will run from the end of the 2025 AGM until the 2026 AGM in March 2027.
Please note: You will be required to provide a resume/CV, one (1) reference letter, and (if applicable) a verification letter from your Folklorama organization/group membership to indicate that you are a member in good standing.  Verification letters are not required for Individual Members.  If you are not a current member of Folklorama, you will be provided with information on how to obtain a membership, as applicants must be members to be considered. 

Folklorama will contact all applicants after receiving their applications to provide further details.  .
